We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Granite Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties

• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and power tools to handle and move stone materials safely and efficiently
• Follow detailed blueprints and technical drawings to cut, shape, and assemble granite components with precision
• Use hand tools, saws, grinders, polishers, and other fabrication equipment to achieve desired finishes and dimensions
• Measure materials accurately using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring devices to ensure adherence to specifications
• Perform dimensional inspections and quality checks throughout the fabrication process to maintain high standards
• Handle materials carefully, ensuring proper lifting techniques and adherence to safety protocols during heavy lifting tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety standards related to PPE use, respiratory protection, and general safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or stonework is highly preferred
• Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using power tools and hand tools for precise cutting and finishing tasks
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings accurately
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
• Experience with stone finishing techniques such as polishing and surface smoothing
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including PPE adherence, respiratory protection protocols, and machinery operation safety
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper safety practices
• Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination for accurate fabrication work
• Prior experience working with materials handling equipment like forklifts is a plus
