  • Translate program outcomes and organizational impact into compelling, funderfocused narratives.
  • Collaborate with program and finance staff to collect and report data required by funders.
  • Support the development of systems and processes that strengthen ULEM's ability to capture, organize, and report program outcomes.

  • Support staff in understanding funder expectations related to outcomes measurement, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Identify gaps in available data and recommend processes that strengthen ULEM's ability to demonstrate impact to current and prospective funders.
  • Promote cross-functional accountability for maintaining accurate and timely information needed to support grants management.

Funder Intelligence and Strategy

  • Monitor emerging trends, priorities, and reporting requirements among institutional funders.
  • Regularly share insights with ULEM leadership regarding funding priorities, reporting expectations, outcome measures, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen ULEM's competitiveness by aligning program outcomes and organizational messaging with funder priorities.
