What they need

St. Joseph’s Center is looking for a Grants Manager to lead our grant work from start to finish: finding the right funding opportunities, writing strong applications, and making sure every award is managed with care and integrity. You’ll work with program leaders, Finance and our community partners to turn our programs’ impact into proposals that funders want to support. Each grant you secure helps fund the services, programs and growth that make life better for the individuals and families we serve.

Why You'll Love St. Joseph's Center
At St. Joseph’s Center, your work truly matters. Every role plays a part in supporting individuals to live with dignity, purpose, and opportunity. You’ll be part of a collaborative, respectful team that values compassion, accountability, and shared mission. We invest in our employees through ongoing training and professional development, fostering a culture of learning and growth. As a long-standing and trusted organization in our community, St. Joseph’s Center offers stability, support, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day—both for the people we serve and the teams you lead.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and evaluate private, corporate, foundation and government grant opportunities that match the Center’s current and future needs
  • Prepare complete, compelling grant applications, including narratives, measurable outcomes, evaluation plans and budgets, working with program leadership and Finance
  • Manage the full grant lifecycle using grants management software, from the annual calendar and deadlines through award setup, closeout and record retention
  • Monitor grant spending and program progress, ensure compliance with funder, regulatory and audit requirements, and prepare budget modifications or extension requests as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with funders, program officers, collaborating agencies and donors, and secure letters of support and partner agreements
  • Develop grant procedures, advise program managers on funder expectations, and report regularly to Administration on the grants pipeline, award status and outcomes

What You’ll Get

  • Compensation - Starting at $55,224 annually based on experience and responsibilities.
  • Health & Wellness - Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance, plus 24/7 no cost telehealth for you and your family.
  • Security and Peace of Mind - Company paid short term disability and life insurance, along with a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account
  • Balance That Matters - Paid time off and holidays so you can recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
  • Growth & Future Planning - A 401(K) with company contribution and match, tuition reimbursement, and paid training to keep you moving forward. Paid Parental Leave available after one year of employment.
  • Extra Perks - Employee referral bonuses, national and local discounts, and access to our Employee Assistance program for counseling, legal, financial, and family support resources.

Here, you'll find more than a job - you'll find a place that invests in your well-being, your growth and your future.
