Job Overview

Sant Nirankari Enterprises is urgently seeking an experienced Granulation Operator for its tablet manufacturing department at SIDCUL, Haridwar.

The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical granulation operations, with a good understanding of manufacturing procedures, equipment operation, batch documentation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out granulation activities according to approved manufacturing instructions, maintaining equipment and production records, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor granulation equipment used in tablet manufacturing.
• Perform granulation activities according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and instructions.
• Handle material dispensing, sifting, blending, wet or dry granulation, and related processing activities as assigned.
• Monitor critical process parameters and report any deviations to the production supervisor.
• Ensure proper identification, handling, and traceability of raw materials and in-process materials.
• Maintain accurate batch records, equipment logs, cleaning records, and other required production documentation.
• Perform equipment cleaning and line clearance according to approved procedures.
• Follow applicable GMP requirements and plant hygiene and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) teams whenever required.
• Identify equipment abnormalities or process issues and report them promptly.
• Minimise material wastage and support efficient production operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the assigned production area.
• Follow all applicable safety instructions and use required personal protective equipment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in tablet granulation operations.
• Practical knowledge of granulation processes and related production equipment.
• Familiarity with SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records, equipment cleaning, and production documentation.
• Understanding of GMP, hygiene, and pharmaceutical manufacturing safety requirements.
• Ability to follow written instructions, maintain records accurately, and work as part of a production team.
• Good attention to detail, discipline, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification: ITI, diploma, or another relevant technical qualification may be considered depending on the employer's requirements. The minimum required qualification must be confirmed before publishing.

Salary and Employment Details

The offered salary is ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, technical skills, and suitability for the role.
