Graphic and Content Creator Executive

Position Summary

The Graphic and Content Creator Executive is responsible for creating engaging and creative content across digital platforms to support brand communication and marketing objectives. This role focuses on content creation, graphic design, photography, video production, and social media content management aligned with the company’s brand identity and marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate should possess creativity, strong visual communication skills, and a passion for social media trends and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Creative Development

• Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives
• Write compelling captions and copywriting while maintaining brand voice consistency
• Monitor social media trends and apply trend-based content ideas to increase engagement

Graphic Design & Visual Production

• Design artworks and visual materials for social media and marketing campaigns
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop as primary design tools
• Support photography and video shooting for marketing content and promotional activities
• Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and other digital platforms

Social Media & Content Management

• Manage content scheduling and posting timelines across social media platforms
• Ensure content accuracy and quality before publishing
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and communication activities
• Support content performance monitoring and improvement initiatives

Team Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with Marketing Supervisor and related teams to execute content plans effectively
• Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, influencers, or agencies when required
• Support marketing activities, events, and campaigns as assigned

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fields

• 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Graphic Design, Social Media, or related fields

• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

• Experience in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or video editing software is an advantage

• Basic photography and videography skills

• Understanding of composition, color theory, and typography

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends

• Creative thinking and storytelling skills

• Strong visual communication sense

• Good communication and teamwork skills
