About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our growing team. This is a design-focused role, with graphic design at its core, covering product labels, packaging, marketing materials, corporate branding, exhibitions, digital assets, video content, and AI-assisted creative production.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for typography, layout, colour, composition and visual detail, and who can manage creative projects from concept through to final delivery.

A portfolio is required.

What You’ll Do

Graphic Design

• Design product labels, packaging artwork and related product materials.
• Create marketing and sales materials, including brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, presentations, EDMs and promotional materials.
• Design exhibition and event materials, including display panels, banners, signage and booth graphics.
• Develop corporate and brand materials, including company profiles, templates, internal communications and other visual assets.
• Create digital visual assets for websites, campaigns and other business needs.
• Adapt and update existing artwork for different products, formats, markets and production requirements.
• Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork, liaising with internal teams and suppliers where required.
• Maintain visual consistency across Unipharm and its brands.

Video, AI & Creative Content

• Support video content creation for corporate communications, product promotion, factory/manufacturing content, events and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with video concept development, filming, editing and post-production.
• Produce short-form and long-form videos in vertical and horizontal formats when required.
• Support photography and basic motion graphics as needed.
• Use AI tools to support design, image generation, video production and other creative work.
• Explore new AI creative tools and workflows to improve creative quality and production efficiency.

Collaboration & Asset Management

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and production partners to ensure artwork is correctly produced and delivered.
• Organise and maintain design files, brand assets, templates and creative libraries.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio across print and digital applications.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in product labels, packaging artwork, and print production is highly desirable.
• Experience preparing print-ready and production-ready artwork with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Video production skills, including filming, editing, and post-production, using Premiere Pro or equivalent tools such as CapCut.
• Experience using AI tools for image and video generation and creative production.
• Photography skills and basic motion graphics experience.
• Ability to manage creative projects from concept through to final delivery.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• An interest in health products, manufacturing, or technology is an advantage.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
