Propulse Media is a creative media and production company focused on creating engaging visual content, including social media creatives, video content, advertisements, branding, and digital media.

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through high-quality visuals and engaging videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media graphics, posters, banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create Reels, Shorts, advertisements, promotional videos, and motion-based content.
• Work on typography, layouts, color combinations, transitions, effects, and visual storytelling.
• Understand project briefs and turn creative concepts into professional visual content.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Work closely with the creative team and meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design, editing, social media, and visual-content trends.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of professional or freelance experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video-editing software.
• Knowledge of After Effects will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, transitions, and storytelling.
• Ability to create content suitable for different social media platforms.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience creating social media content and advertisements.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Basic knowledge of AI creative tools is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing.
