Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with at least 2 years of experience in designing engaging visual content and editing high-quality videos. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, a good understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling graphics and videos for digital marketing, social media, websites, and other promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

• Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and campaign objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts based on briefs and brand guidelines.
• Resize and optimize designs for different digital platforms and formats.

Video Editing

• Edit engaging videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Create reels, promotional videos, corporate videos, advertisements, and short-form video content.
• Add transitions, animations, text overlays, subtitles, sound effects, and background music as required.
• Perform basic colour correction, audio enhancement, and video formatting.
• Convert raw footage into polished, high-quality videos aligned with campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, creative formats, and social media content styles.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with the marketing, content, and business teams to deliver creative assets on time.
• Manage multiple design and video editing projects while meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Organize design files, video assets, and project files for easy access and future use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant creative software is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of video editing techniques, transitions, sound synchronization, and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with social media creative formats and digital marketing requirements.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies or in-house marketing teams.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and short-form video trends.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and campaign-based creative development.
