GRAPHIC ARTIST

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist who will be responsible for creating visual materials for the company’s marketing, promotional, internal, and digital communication needs. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create graphics, layouts, illustrations, and visual materials for company requirements.
• Design promotional materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, invitations, and advertisements.
• Create content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding and visual identity across company materials.
• Edit and enhance photos, images, and other visual content as needed.
• Prepare artwork and layouts for printing and digital publication.
• Coordinate with the HR, Marketing, Operations, and other departments regarding design requirements.
• Convert concepts, instructions, and ideas into creative and effective visual designs.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, organized, and aligned with company standards.
• Make revisions based on feedback and submit final designs within the required deadline.
• Organize and maintain graphic files, templates, photographs, and other design assets.
• Assist in creating company presentations, reports, certificates, announcements, and other internal documents.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• With experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar position is preferred.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of photo editing, layout design, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Creative, organized, and highly detail-oriented.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willing to accept revisions and work collaboratively with different departments.
• Portfolio of previous design work is an advantage.
