Graphic Artist / Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist/Graphic Designer to join the Design & Architecture team at ADS.EMPIRE CORPORATION. This is a full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative designs that communicate our brand message effectively across multiple platforms and mediums. You will play a crucial part in shaping our visual identity and ensuring consistency across all creative outputs, contributing directly to the success of our marketing and branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original and creative graphic designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral
• Collaborate with marketing, branding and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designs
• Create designs for social media content, websites, advertisements, brochures, packaging and other brand materials
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards across all projects
• Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality digital and printed graphics
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients to refine and improve designs iteratively
• Stay updated with current design trends, techniques and best practices within the graphic design industry
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards
• Prepare final artwork and files for print production or digital distribution
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and design concepts

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills and creative ability across various design projects
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
• Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout and visual hierarchy principles
• Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into engaging designs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and incorporate constructive feedback
• Time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design concepts is advantageous
• Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions
