Job Responsibilities

1. Design Marketing and Promotional Materials
   Create promotional materials including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing and communication materials.

2. Ensure Brand Consistency
   Design materials in accordance with the company’s Brand Guidelines, ensuring the correct use of logos, colors, fonts, imagery, and overall visual style.

3. Create and Revise Artwork
   Prepare and modify artwork, resize files appropriately for different platforms and communication channels, and make revisions based on feedback from supervisors, clients, or the Marketing team.

4. Utilize AI and Emerging Design Tools
   Leverage AI and new design tools to improve work efficiency, generate visual concepts and ideas, create or enhance images, and optimize designs when appropriate.

5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
   Work closely with other departments and receive creative briefs from the Marketing, Sales, Content, and Management teams to ensure designs effectively meet communication and business objectives.
