Role Description The Graphic Designer (up to 15k) will be a full-time, on-site team member based in Jaipur, responsible for designing visual materials that support DM-Immigration Consultants’ branding and communication goals. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics for digital channels (such as social media, websites, and email campaigns), developing layouts for marketing collateral, and preparing visual content for presentations and print materials. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into clear, engaging designs. The Graphic Designer will also be expected to maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs, manage design files and assets, and contribute creative ideas to enhance client-facing communication and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) and strong visual design skills.
• Experience creating digital assets for social media, websites, and email marketing, with an understanding of basic digital marketing principles.
• Ability to develop layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, and composition, with the ability to convert concepts into clear and appealing visuals.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback constructively and meet deadlines.
• Relevant coursework or degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic knowledge of immigration or professional services industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
