About the role

This role involves preparing materials and transforming them into visual formats for both digital and print media, including Instagram feeds, stories, web banners, pricelists, visual merchandising, and QR code materials. You will develop concepts, create illustrations and copy, coordinate projects across teams, and ensure quality before publication or printing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare materials for conversion into visual formats (digital: IG feeds, IG stories, web banners, digital pricelists; print: pricelists, VM, QR pricelists)
• Create plans and concepts from provided information and materials
• Develop rough drafts of illustrations and copy based on concepts
• Complete projects and coordinate with staff and other departments
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve project objectives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design feedback aligned with target market and audience
• Select colours, images, fonts, and layouts
• Present completed illustrations
• Perform revisions as needed
• Conduct quality checks on illustrations before printing or publication
• Perform photo post-processing including colouring and retouching
• Edit photos including crop-stacking
• Back up photo and video RAW files from SD cards to hard drives
• Back up final video files from PC/laptop to hard drives
• Prepare TV materials ready for broadcast in each store
• Sort and organize TV material assets

About you

• Minimum SMK qualification in Multimedia/Graphic Design or S1 DKV
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field
• Strong communication skills
• Outgoing personality
• Structured approach to work
• Creative mindset
• Research and analysis capabilities
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Understanding of marketing concepts
• Interest in the jewelry field is preferred
