Graphic Design & Administration Intern

About the role

Gain meaningful experience both in the office and on the ground. Build your creative and administrative skills while being directly involved in planning and delivering YTA's charitable programmes, community activities and events. From creating communication materials and supporting daily operations to working with communities at events, you will gain valuable real-world experience and see how charitable initiatives come to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative materials for communication and promotional platforms.
• Support YTA programmes, events, and related activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation and record-keeping.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors as and when required.
• Assist with the management and tracking of company assets.

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, Certificate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Media or a related field.
• Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Organised, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Good communication and multitasking skills.
