Position Overview

As the Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator for our flagship Thonglor branch, you will be the visual storyteller of the EuroCasa brand. You will be responsible for conceptualising, producing, and executing high-end digital and print assets that reflect our premium European aesthetic. This role requires a blend of sharp graphic design skills, trend-aware video/photo production, and strategic social media management to engage affluent clients, architects, and luxury property developers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Design & Branding (Print & Digital)

• Marketing Collateral: Design premium print materials including showroom lookbooks, product catalogs, brochures, invitations for VIP showroom events, and local print advertisements.
• Digital Assets: Create high-converting visual assets for the website, email newsletters, digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LINE), and internal presentations.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual outputs strictly adhere to EuroCasa’s global brand guidelines, maintaining an elevated, sophisticated European design standard.

2. Social Media & Content Creation

• Showroom Content: Capture high-quality photography and short-form video content (Reels, TikTok's, Shorts) directly on-site at the Thonglor showroom, showcasing premium furniture, lighting collections, and visual merchandising layouts.
• Landmark Projects: Document and create compelling visual narratives around major hospitality and luxury landmark projects, highlighting EuroCasa's bespoke installations and showpieces.
• Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of interior design, luxury lifestyle, and digital media trends to keep EuroCasa’s content fresh, aspirational, and highly engaging.

3. Channel Management & Optimisation

• Platform Operations: Schedule, publish, and manage daily content across all primary social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LINE Official Account).
• Copywriting: Craft sophisticated, engaging captions and messaging in both Thai and English that resonate with high-net-worth individuals and design professionals.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments and direct messages across platforms, maintaining a professional and premium brand voice in all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Nationality: Candidates have full working rights for Thailand.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and content creation, preferably for luxury retail, premium lifestyle, or high-end hospitality brands.

• Technical Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong video editing skills for short-form content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
  • Hands-on experience with mobile photography/videography and basic lighting setups.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional eye for luxury aesthetics, composition, and typography; strong organizational skills to manage a content calendar; ability to collaborate closely with the interior design and sales teams.

• Languages: Native fluency in Thai and professional proficiency in written/spoken English.
