Graphic Design & Visual Communication - Intern

• Manage the project from Concept development, Designing, Presentations Overlooking Site Execution

• Coordinate with Consultants, Site Clients.

• Manage Material Selection Preparing project brief and area statement for a project.

• Identify consulting Architects for a project and providing relevant scope of work.

• Help in Preparation of BOQ.

• Scrutinize all drawings before being sent on site

• Make regular site visits and resolving any design related issues at site.

• Keep track of project schedule and possession dates.

• Prepare of layout drawings and details.

• Co-ordinate with marketing and sales department to provide all necessary information like
  sale plans, allotments, etc.

• Co-ordinate with clients contractors to carry out work in accordance to design intent.

• Keep all construction drawings and documents in orderly manner.

• Should be able to understand MEP / HVAC Designs
