Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Designer to lead our design team and drive innovative design solutions that elevate our brand and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing graphics and oversee the development and production of creative content across digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into innovative creative solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of creativity and brand consistency across all projects.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the creative output of the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in in multimedia/visual design, ideally within wellness and Fitness consumer electronic products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-level thinking and execution from a brand-to-market perspective.
• Expertise in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. and other relevant creative tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
