About the role

Kong Brothers Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design Executive to join our dynamic team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This is a full-time / contract position that plays a crucial role in our Promotions division within the Advertising, Arts & Media industry. As a Graphic Design Executive, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative design solutions that drive our promotional campaigns and enhance our brand presence. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that make a tangible impact on our marketing initiatives and contribute to the company's creative vision.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and creating visually engaging promotional materials including brochures, posters, banners, and digital content
• Developing creative concepts and layouts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions
• Producing high-quality graphics for various media platforms, including print and digital formats
• Editing and retouching images and graphics to ensure professional presentation
• Maintaining consistency with brand identity across all promotional materials
• Meeting project deadlines whilst maintaining creative excellence and attention to detail
• Incorporating client feedback and revisions into design work efficiently
• Staying current with design trends and industry best practices to keep our promotional materials fresh and competitive

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Design Executive or similar role within the advertising and promotions industry
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating your creative range and ability to produce professional promotional materials
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Creative problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to visual communication
• Experience with video editing or animation software would be advantageous
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital marketing requirements is desirable
