About the Role

As a Graphic Designer (Brand & Social), you’ll own a large part of our visual communication — from brand assets and social content to campaign creatives and website collateral.You’ll work closely with the Design Lead to extend and strengthen the Mark8 IQ visual language across products, campaigns, and every surface where the brand appears.

Brand assets, visual language, iconography & templates Social media creatives and content visuals Campaign and product launch visuals Website and marketing collateral Maintaining brand consistency across platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in brand, social or marketing design• Bachelor’s degree in Design — mandatory• Strong portfolio — mandatory• Fast, organized and reliable with multiple deliverables• Comfortable using AI tools with creativity, direction and judgement• Strong eye for typography, layout, visual hierarchy and consistencyGood to have: B2B/SaaS brand experience, social & campaign design, and basic motion design.

We’d love to see: A brand system you’ve worked within and extended across multiple formats Real-world volume — 30 strong assets are more valuable to us than 3 polished case studies Your design thinking, craft and judgement
