Graphic Design Intern

Role Overview:

The Graphic Design Intern will support the Academic Partnerships team in creating engaging, professional, and visually consistent communication and design assets for academic programs, conferences, events, partnerships, and student-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create digital and print creatives for academic programs, conferences, competitions, workshops, and events.

Develop promotional creatives for Junior Model UN and other Academic Partnerships initiatives.

Design posters, standees, banners, invitations, certificates, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, emailers, and event collaterals.

Create presentations, pitch decks, sponsorship decks, and information documents.

Support event branding and visual identity.

Adapt creatives across formats and platforms while maintaining consistency.

Support Junior Model UN design requirements across Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru.

Develop committee-related visual assets, delegate communication material, signage, and event collateral.

Create designs for delegate kits, certificates, badges, stationery, merchandise, and other requirements.

Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing/production vendors. Create social media and digital campaign assets for registrations, announcements, reminders, partnerships, and events. Support school and institutional outreach material, proposals, brochures, and information packs.

Create visual reports, infographics, timelines, and project updates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.

Creative thinking and ability to translate briefs into visual concepts. • Strong attention to detail.

Ability to maintain brand consistency.

Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple requirements.
