About SuperClan

SuperClan builds the physical side of internet culture.

We’ve made merch for Anuv Jain, Zakir Khan, Armaan Malik and Shreya Ghoshal. We do product supply and design for Skechers, Puma, District and SuperKicks. Design, production, e-commerce, delivery — we run the whole chain.

Five years in. Small team. Everything we make, ships.

The role in one line

You design everything SuperClan makes and everything that sells it — merch artwork, production files, and the creatives that take it to market.

What you’ll actually do

• Design merch artwork — prints, placements, colourways, across apparel and accessories.
• Build mockups and decks that clients approve from.
• Turn approved designs into production-ready files and tech packs.
• Design social and e-commerce creatives for launches and campaigns.
• Work inside each client’s brand language without breaking it.
• Turn revisions around the same day.

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio. We care about it more than your degree.
• Strong Illustrator and Photoshop. Figma helps.
• You understand a design has to print, not just look good on screen.
• You can move between product design and campaign creatives without slowing down.
• You take direction without losing your own eye.

Bonus: Apparel, streetwear or merch design · Motion, video or basic editing · You’ve had something you designed actually produced.

What you’ll walk away with

• Merch design that survives production, not just Behance.
• Tech packs, print files and manufacturing constraints.
• Campaign and e-commerce creative under real deadlines.
• A portfolio with names on it.

Why this is worth three months

• You work directly with the three founders. Nobody sits between you and the decision.
• Your work goes live. Nothing here dies in a deck.
• Small team means real scope — you’ll touch things people wait two years to touch elsewhere.
• Three months, then a full-time offer if you’re good. We’d rather keep you than search again.

The details

Location - Andheri East, Mumbai · In office

Type - Full time internship, 3 months · PPO based on performance

Hours - Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Stipend - ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on fit
