Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our design and communication initiatives. The intern will work closely with the team to create engaging visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other brand communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visual assets for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in creating brochures, posters, banners, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop layouts and visual concepts in line with the brand's identity and communication guidelines.
• Support the creation of graphics for internal communications, events, and organisational initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing, communications, and other teams to understand design requirements.
• Assist in editing images, selecting visual elements, and maintaining consistency across design materials.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
• Work on multiple design assignments while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on design trends, creative formats, and visual storytelling techniques.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva.
• Creativity, visual thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments.

Preferred Educational Background

Students pursuing or recently graduated from programmes in:

• Graphic Design
• Visual Communication
• Communication Design
• Fine Arts
• Multimedia and Animation
• Other relevant design disciplines
