About the Internship

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Brand Design Intern to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will support the design of brand and marketing materials across digital, print and in-store channels. You will work closely with designers, marketing teams and category teams, and get hands-on experience with real campaigns at scale.

Duration: 3-6 months

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Design

• Support the design of marketing campaigns for festivals, promotions, and seasonal events
• Create social media posts, stories and campaign creatives in line with brand guidelines
• Design marketing collateral such as leaflets, flyers, print ads and posters
• Assist in creating creatives for WhatsApp, emailers and other CRM communication
• Adapt campaign key visuals into multiple formats and sizes

Photography/Videography

• Support photo and video shoots, including basic setup, framing, lighting, and on-set assistance.
• Basic to intermediate photography knowledge, with an understanding of composition, lighting, and camera handling
• Assist with image selection and basic photo & video editing

In-Store & Packaging

• Assist in designing in-store branding materials such as standees, shelf talkers, posters and signage
• Support packaging and label design for private label products
• Prepare print-ready files with correct colour modes, bleed, and specifications

Collaboration

• Understand design briefs and translate them into clear, engaging visuals
• Work with marketing, category and product teams to gather inputs and incorporate feedback
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
• Stay updated on design trends, branding practices, and new design tools

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, or marketing work (academic or personal projects welcome)

Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & InDesign
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of photography
• Familiarity with photo retouching, colour correction, cropping, and image optimisation
• Basic knowledge of Figma
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion design tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback and implement it
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
