Graphic Designer (3 Months Temp)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and in-store media. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visuals that strengthen Gain City's brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support promotional campaigns.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• ● Design and produce creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, social media, e-commerce, and in-store channels.

  ● Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, catalogues, billboards, banners, digital display ads, EDMs, POSM, and event materials.

  ● Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns.

  ● Ensure all artwork is aligned with Gain City's brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all touchpoints.

  ● Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise creative ideas and translate campaign objectives into impactful visual designs.

  ● Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets while ensuring quality and accuracy.

  ● Support the design and production of retail displays, exhibition booths, roadshows, and store launch materials.

  ● Edit photos and videos, including basic motion graphics and animations, for digital marketing campaigns.

  ● Liaise with external vendors, printers, production houses, and agencies to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing materials.

  ● Keep up to date with design trends, consumer preferences, and industry best practices.

  ● Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ● Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

  ● At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, advertising, or marketing.

  ● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is an advantage.

  ● Experience designing for both traditional and digital media, including print production and social media.

  ● Knowledge of photography, videography, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is an added advantage.

  ● Strong creative flair with an eye for typography, layout, colour, and branding.

  ● Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  ● Self-motivated, organised, adaptable, and able to work independently.
