Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality static creatives, product visuals, social media posts, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Use AI tools to generate, enhance, edit, and ideate creative concepts and visual assets.
• Develop creatives aligned with brand guidelines, product positioning, campaigns, and marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Brand teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
• Design product-focused creatives for biscuits, snacks, and other FMCG/food categories.
• Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and sizes for social media, digital campaigns, print, POSM, and promotional activities.
• Retouch and enhance product images, backgrounds, layouts, typography, and other visual elements.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, colour, typography, packaging visuals, and overall communication.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar designing software.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative/design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, composition, colour theory, and visual communication.
