About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer with video editing skills who can bring our brand to life across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, storytelling ability, and experience in creating high-conversion content for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging creatives for social media, ads, website, and marketing campaigns

Edit videos for reels, ads, YouTube, and brand storytelling

Create performance marketing creatives focused on lead generation and conversions

Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and content calendars

Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication

Adapt creatives quickly based on performance feedback and trends

Key Requirements

2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing

Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar)

Strong understanding of social media content (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads)

Ability to create short-form video content (reels, shorts)

Good sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Good to Have

Experience in health, wellness, or lifestyle brands

Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics

Exposure to AI tools for design/video editing
