About the Role

Wing Tai Fashion Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team on a full-time basis in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and engaging video materials that bring our fashion brand to life across multiple platforms. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand identity, driving customer engagement, and supporting our marketing initiatives through innovative design and video production. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of graphic design and video editing, making a significant impact on our brand's visual presence in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and promotional content
• Edit and produce professional video content (including sound and effects) for social media platforms, website, advertising campaigns, and product showcases, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Elevate video storytelling and create 2D animations or effects
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand vision
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines whilst maintaining creative excellence and brand consistency
• Conduct research on current design trends and video production techniques to keep the brand's visual output fresh and competitive
• Utilise design and video editing software to produce polished final products ready for publication across various channels
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to designs and video content as required
• Support the development of visual content calendars and coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Multimedia & Graphic Design
• One (1) to Two (2) years of experience in related field, e.g. Retail, MNC and etc
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and creative thinking
• Demonstrated experience in video editing and video content production for digital platforms
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout composition
• Experience with video editing techniques, motion graphics, and audio editing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platform requirements for optimal content delivery
• Preference for candidates with experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry
• Knowledge of basic photography or content creation for social media is advantageous
