Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role & responsibilities

1. Design creative materials for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.

2. Create posters, banners, brochures, flyers, standees and other marketing materials.

3. Design attractive real-estate project creatives highlighting offers, amenities, locations, pricing and USPs.

4. Edit promotional videos, project walkthroughs, reels, customer testimonials and short-form videos.

5. Create engaging Instagram Reels and other social-media video content.

6. Add motion graphics, text animation, transitions, music and visual effects where required.

7. Edit drone footage, site videos, event videos and customer videos.

8. Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements.

9. Deliver creatives within the required timelines and campaign schedules.

10. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

11. Make revisions based on feedback from management and marketing teams.

12. Organize and maintain creative files, source files and project assets.

2. Good understanding of typography, layouts and branding.

3. Good knowledge of social-media creative formats.

4. Video editing and storytelling skills.

5. Ability to create fast-turnaround marketing creatives.

6. Attention to detail and quality.

7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Good communication and teamwork.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience in Real Estate / Property Marketing.

2. Portfolio of social-media creatives and edited videos.

3. Knowledge of current Instagram/Reels and YouTube content trends.

4. Experience creating performance-marketing creatives.
