Graphic Designer (Chinese)

Bigera Alliance Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in bringing our visual identity to life across various platforms and mediums. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates our brand message effectively to our target audience. This role is central to our marketing and communications strategy, ensuring that all visual materials maintain our high standards of design excellence and brand consistency.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing and creating visual content including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, and promotional graphics
2. Developing concepts and visual designs that align with client briefs and brand guidelines
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and communications departments to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions
4. Using industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality digital and print materials
5. Ensuring all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project deadlines
6. Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and making revisions to designs as needed
7. Staying current with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the graphic design field
8. Managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
9. Preparing design files for various outputs including web, print, social media, and multimedia platforms
10. Contributing creative ideas to team brainstorming sessions and design discussions

What we're looking for

1. A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating design competency
2. Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and creative capabilities
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools
4. Strong understanding of design principles including colour theory, typography, layout, and composition
5. Excellent visual communication skills and the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs
6. Knowledge of print and digital design specifications, file formats, and production requirements
7. Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
8. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, error-free work
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst also working independently when required
10. Good communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly
11. Experience with web design, UX/UI design, or motion graphics is advantageous
12. Knowledge of branding and brand identity development is a plus
