Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into compelling visual content across both online and offline touchpoints. The ideal candidate possesses strong business sense, excellent visual aesthetics, and a forward-thinking mindset in leveraging modern design tools to drive efficiency and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand & Campaign Design Execution:

  • Conceptualize and produce visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL), ensuring consistent corporate branding and visual identity.
  • Design print and digital collateral, including leaflets, advertising campaigns, POP materials, event graphics, and social media creatives aligned with marketing objectives.

• Production & Quality Control:

  • Prepare print-ready and digital artwork adhering to technical specifications, output standards, and color precision.
  • Manage end-to-end production coordination with external vendors and print suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Workflow Optimization & AI Integration:

  • Utilize modern design software and modern AI-assisted design platforms (e.g., generative AI tools) to accelerate concept development, visual adaptation, and output efficiency.

• Design Operations & Digital Content:

  • Oversee day-to-day design operations, including digital asset management, version control, and file archiving.
  • Support simple video editing, motion graphics, and photo retouching for digital campaigns and social channels.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience; exposure to F&B, Retail, or FMCG/Consumer sectors is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects). Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva is a definite advantage.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, or Canva AI) for efficient ideation and visual production.
• Solid understanding of pre-press processes, printing specifications, paper stock, and production execution.
• Basic skills in digital photography, video editing, and motion graphics are strong advantages.
• Strong aesthetic judgment with solid foundations in layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Pragmatic and business-oriented; able to balance creative quality with fast-paced commercial deadlines.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently in a tight-deadline environment.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
