Graphic Designer

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a multi-disciplinary designer who combines strong creative instincts with consistency in graphic and presentation design. Working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities - you will collaborate closely with product, CoE, delivery teams, and vendors to translate technology narratives into visually compelling design assets that support marketing efforts and enable high-impact sales conversations.

Additionally, you will contribute to UI and visual design for our digital products and solution accelerators - ensuring intuitive, consistent, and visually engaging user experiences across web, mobile and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and production of marketing and sales materials including brochures, product decks, corporate presentations, case studies and newsletters across digital and print formats.
• Design modern, responsive layouts for KRE webpages, product landing pages, micro-sites, and long-form content (articles, POVs, whitepapers) with a focus on usability and conversion.
• Conceptualize and repurpose content to deliver visually engaging social media creatives and infographics for LinkedIn, X, Instagram & YT. (Basic motion graphics and short-form video skills are an added advantage).
• Partner with sales, leadership and CoE teams to support timely design of pitch materials, proposals, and solution offerings to drive client conversations.
• Design branding assets for webinars, events, and tech conferences, including sales collateral, social media and print assets.
• Ensure all creative production is design-accurate and compliant with KRE brand guidelines in terms of visual consistency and quality.
• Utilize advanced presentation designs and slide-level storytelling to meet client-specific requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in in a graphic design or marketing design role with a strong portfolio demonstrating web, social media and print designs.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to design consistent and visually engaging presentations.
• Strong understanding of typography, visual composition and user-centric design principles for both print and digital.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway)
• Strong visual storytelling and ability to simplify complex concepts with attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good to have - basic capabilities in motion graphics and video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
