Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and

marketing campaigns

• Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, banners, and promotional materials
• Develop brand creative in line with company guidelines and brand identity
• Conceptualise and execute creative ideas for campaigns and product promotions

Digital Content Creation

• Design engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Create visuals for website pages, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Work on basic video editing, GIFs, and motion graphics (preferred)

Branding & Communication

• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials
• Support branding initiatives, product launches, and internal communications
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign execution

Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design

requirements

• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Coordinate with vendors for print production when required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong creative thinking and visualisation skills
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred)
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Canva / Figma (preferred)

• Video editing tools (optional but preferred)

• MS Office / Google Workspace
