Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine a wide range of graphic design assets, including posters, leaflets, packaging visuals, digital graphics, and campaign visuals.
• Develop creative and strategic design concepts for in-store displays, decorations, and promotional installations that align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.
• Manage and monitor special projects such as event setup, pop-up stores, Photo shooting.
• Ensure all visual designs reflect the brand’s identity and create a consistent customer experience across all retail touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate campaign concepts and brand storytelling into compelling graphic and visual executions.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and production teams to source materials and oversee the fabrication of display elements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience in graphic design, or retail-related design preferred; Experience in the beauty, fashion, or retail industry is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome.
• Strong graphic design skills with outstanding design sense, creativity, and aesthetic sensitivity.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Demonstrated photo editing, retouching, and video editing skills is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing displays.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
