Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for digital advertising, promotional, and marketing campaigns.
• Design social media posts, campaigns, infographics, brochures, flyers, and mailers.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, design best practices, and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and content writers to translate briefs/concepts into effective designs.
• Develop print and digital collaterals, ensuring print/production requirements are met.
• Optimize email creatives for different platforms and devices.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality, visually appealing designs.
• Stay updated with social media, design trends, and evolving creative best practices.

Must Have

• Proven Graphic Design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout.
• Experience in digital marketing and advertising design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for visually stunning designs.
• Knowledge of print/production requirements.

Good to Have

• Motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Ability to adapt to evolving design trends.
