Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging creative assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Develop visually appealing designs aligned with RVEIs brand identity and maintain consistency across institutional brands.
• Create creatives for admissions, events, institutional branding, student engagement, digital marketing, websites, email campaigns, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, photography, and video teams to execute integrated creative campaigns.
• Ensure designs are accurate, visually appealing, and production-ready for both digital and print formats.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh and creative ideas.
• Stay updated with current design trends, AI-assisted creative tools, and emerging visual communication techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 04 years of relevant experience in graphic design. Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered for junior positions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing creative formats.
• Ability to adapt designs across different platforms, formats, and screen sizes.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback positively.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools, photography/photo editing, illustration, or basic video editing will be an added advantage.
