What they need

At Cabi, we’re redefining what it means to build a fashion brand, one rooted in connection, confidence, and purpose. As a women’s retail clothing company, we don’t just design beautiful apparel; we create opportunities for women to express themselves, build community, and thrive both personally and professionally. Our culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and deeply people-first, where every team member plays a role in shaping meaningful experiences for our Stylists and clients. If you’re energized by creativity, inspired by empowering others, and excited to contribute to a brand that blends style with substance, you’ll find a home here.

The Graphic Designer executes high-quality, on-brand creative assets across cabi's digital, social, print, and site channels. Working from creative briefs, brand guidelines, and established templates, this role brings campaigns and seasonal content to life with strong craft and reliable turnaround, partnering closely with the Art Director and broader Creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets across email, site, social, print, and campaign materials, following creative briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Execute within cabi's established Figma templates and design systems, ensuring consistent, on-brand output across channels.
  • Partner with the Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer to bring seasonal concepts and photoshoot selects to life across marketing touchpoints.
  • Proof and quality-check your own design work for brand consistency, accuracy, and polish before handoff.
  • Collaborate with Copy, Social, Production, and Marketing to ensure design assets align with campaign timing and content strategy.
  • Manage multiple design requests and revisions, meeting deadlines across concurrent projects.
  • Stay current on design trends and platform best practices, bringing fresh ideas to routine execution work.
  • Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 2-4 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong portfolio demonstrating clean execution across digital, social, and print formats. Solid understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Joining Cabi means more than stepping into a role, it’s stepping into a mission. We’re passionate about lifting women up, supporting growth, and celebrating individuality in everything we do. As you explore this opportunity, imagine the impact you could make as part of a company that values innovation, authenticity, and connection at every level. If you’re ready to bring your talents to a team that’s as driven as it is supportive, we’d love to see what you can do with us.
