Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, and ad creatives.
• Create brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, and marketing collateral.
• Design project layouts, master plans, location maps, and presentation decks.
• Create creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
• Design branding materials including business cards, letterheads, and company profiles.
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Sales teams.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the Video Editor for thumbnails and promotional creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing.
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding.
• Strong teamwork player.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for real estate developers, builders, or property consultants.
• Basic knowledge of AI design tools.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
