About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a strong eye for detail, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging and professional creative content.

You will work closely with our marketing and wider business teams to develop high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels. The successful candidate will be confident working on multiple projects, managing deadlines, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all creative work.

*Key Responsibilities*

Create engaging and high-quality graphics for digital, social media, websites, email campaigns and other marketing channels.

Develop creative concepts and visual assets in line with brand guidelines.

Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements and promotional materials.

Produce social media graphics and campaign assets across multiple platforms.

Work collaboratively with the marketing and wider team to understand creative requirements and deliver projects on time.

Adapt and resize creative assets for different platforms and formats.

Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to marketing campaigns and business projects.

Maintain consistency across all visual communications and brand materials.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.

Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.

Keep up to date with current design trends, tools and best practices.

*About You*

We are looking for someone who is creative, commercially aware and passionate about design. You will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable taking a project from an initial idea through to final delivery.

*Essential Skills & Experience*

Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work.

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

Good understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy.

Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to understand a brief and translate it into effective creative work.

A proactive, organised and positive approach to work.

Desirable

Experience with video editing or motion graphics.

Knowledge of Figma or other digital design tools.

Experience working with websites and digital content.

Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.

Experience within a fast-paced commercial or marketing environment.
