Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and design assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and business teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Design social media posts, banners, creatives, infographics, emailers, and promotional materials.
• Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual language.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 14 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert concepts into effective visual designs.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
