Job Description:

Paidavaar – Sarvin Agro Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Patna, Bihar.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging designs for social media, digital marketing, branding, advertising, and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create creative and engaging graphics for social media platforms.
• Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Develop designs according to the company’s brand guidelines.
• Work with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
• Create fresh and innovative visual concepts for campaigns and promotions.
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall brand identity.
• Handle multiple design projects and complete them within deadlines.
• Make design changes and revisions based on feedback.
• Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of social media creatives and digital marketing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Candidates must have a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and performance.
