Vishram Management Group (VMG) operates supermarkets, restaurants, and retail businesses across the United States. We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can independently create high-quality visual content for our brands, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, excellent attention to detail, a good understanding of branding and digital marketing, and the ability to consistently deliver professional work within deadlines.

• Create professional and engaging graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, flyers, brochures, banners, posters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Design promotional creatives for retail stores, restaurants, seasonal campaigns, weekly promotions, contests, loyalty programs, product promotions, and special events.
• Create and edit engaging Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, corporate videos, and other short-form video content.
• Develop creative concepts and visual content that effectively communicate marketing messages and strengthen brand awareness.
• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, visual effects, and other appropriate elements to video content.
• Maintain consistent branding, typography, layouts, colors, imagery, and visual standards across all creative materials.
• Create graphics and videos that support digital marketing, social media, website, email marketing, and SEO content.
• Design visual assets for website pages, blogs, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and online marketing initiatives.
• Adapt graphics and videos into appropriate formats, dimensions, and specifications for different platforms.
• Independently manage multiple creative projects and prioritise work based on campaign requirements and deadlines.
• Review all creative work before submission to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, correct dimensions, spelling, quality, and brand consistency.
• Maintain organised design files, editable source files, templates, videos, images, and final creative assets.
• Develop reusable creative templates and design assets for future marketing campaigns.
• Implement revisions professionally and efficiently based on management and team feedback.
• Stay updated with current graphic design, video editing, social media, and digital content trends.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and suggest new approaches to improve engagement and brand visibility.
• Support the development and maintenance of consistent visual identities across multiple VMG brands.
• Perform other graphic design, video editing, and creative responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design and video editing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Canva.
• Figma and CorelDRAW knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, color, branding, visual hierarchy, and motion graphics.
• Experience creating social media content and promotional videos.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO is preferred.
• Strong communication, creativity, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality.
• Must be comfortable working the required U.S. time-zone schedule.
