About the role

Create impactful visual assets that effectively support marketing initiatives and broader business objectives. Translate campaign strategies into compelling design concepts that enhance user engagement and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to conceptualize, develop, and deliver creative assets across both digital and offline channels
• Design and produce campaign key visuals, promotional materials, and seasonal creative concepts in alignment with PIF (Pay It Forward)'s brand guidelines
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications while upholding PIF (Pay It Forward)'s established standards
• Adapt and optimize creative designs for diverse formats, platforms, and media requirements to maximize impact and reach
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, delivering high-quality outputs within tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work
• Proactive self-starter and collaborative team player, demonstrating a positive attitude and the ability to contribute effectively in team settings
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining efficiency and strong collaboration in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a consistent track record of delivering high-quality work within established timelines
• Comprehensive knowledge of design principles and techniques, including expertise in typography, color theory, and composition
• Strong passion for design and creativity, coupled with openness to exploring emerging technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance creative output
