Graphic Designer

Join ICA’s Communications team and use your creativity to help communicate God’s Kingdom and the vision of ICA. You’ll work alongside our Communications Director and Media team to create engaging visual content across multiple ministries, events, and digital platforms.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong eye for design, typography, colour and composition.
• Is creative, detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Manages time well and is able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Communicates clearly and works well in a collaborative team environment.
• Takes initiative, is self-motivated and enjoys solving creative challenges.
• Is teachable, welcomes feedback and is always looking to grow as a designer.

In this role, you will:

• Create original designs across print, digital and social media platforms.
• Adapt and develop existing creative assets for different ministries and events.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines.
• Maintain ICA’s brand standards and ensure consistency across all campuses and communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Communications Director and Media team from concept through execution.

Essential skills and experience:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of graphic and digital design principles, including layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for digital and social media.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Approximately 3 years of agency or in-house design experience (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating professional-level work).

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with UX/UI design.
• Experience in publication or editorial design.
• Ability to read and communicate in Chinese.
• Experience working with churches, non-profits or mission-driven organisations.
