Logic Mount is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help develop and maintain a strong, consistent visual identity across our digital and print channels. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with commercial awareness, producing engaging designs that communicate our brand clearly and support our marketing and business objectives.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Logic Mount, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across social media, digital marketing, websites, advertising materials, presentations, and print. You will work closely with the marketing and wider business teams to turn ideas and briefs into professional, engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Design marketing materials such as digital adverts, banners, Youtube Thumbnails, brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional assets.
• Develop website graphics, icons, illustrations, and other digital assets.
• Maintain and develop Logic Mount’s visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Translate marketing briefs and business requirements into clear and creative visual concepts.
• Create templates that can be reused across marketing campaigns and internal communications.
• Support the creation of presentations, proposals, reports, and branded company documents.
• Edit and optimise images for digital and print use.
• Work with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and delivered to a high standard.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet agreed deadlines.
• Keep up to date with current graphic design, digital marketing, and social media trends.
• Organise and maintain design files and the company’s library of creative assets.

Skills & Experience

• Strong graphic design skills with a good understanding of typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Canva and other digital design tools is beneficial.
• Ability to create designs for both digital and print formats.
• Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Ability to interpret a brief and develop creative ideas independently.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with UI/UX or website design.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience.
• Experience creating short-form social media content.
• Photography or photo-editing skills.
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategy.
• Experience working within a growing business, agency, or fast-paced marketing environment.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
