Job Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer who enjoys turning ideas into clean, effective visuals.

Your main focus will be graphic design, preparing print-ready artwork, checking artwork files before production, and creating social media designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphic designs for signage, advertising, promotional materials and other company projects.
• Prepare final artwork and print-ready files for production.
• Check artwork carefully before production to ensure correct size, layout, resolution and overall file accuracy.
• Make artwork amendments based on project or client requirements.
• Create engaging designs for social media posts, campaigns and digital content.
• Develop design concepts and visual layouts based on project requirements.
• Ensure artwork is visually consistent, accurate and ready for production.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding artwork requirements and revisions.
• Manage multiple design jobs and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain proper organisation of artwork and design files.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Graphic Design experience preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of artwork preparation and print production files.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual composition.
• Detail-oriented — especially when checking artwork before production.
• Creative, responsible and able to manage multiple design jobs.
• Able to work independently and coordinate well with team members.
• Portfolio or sample works are required.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese for work-related communication.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Added Advantage

• Video editing skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar editing software.
• Experience in signage, printing or advertising industry.
• Experience creating short-form social media content.
