Job Purpose

To create professional and visually appealing designs for the company’s marketing, branding, communication, product, and internal requirements while maintaining consistency with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Develop artwork and layouts as per business and departmental requirements.
• Design product-related promotional and communication materials.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and other departments for design requirements.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, professional, and aligned with company branding.
• Make necessary modifications and revisions based on feedback from management.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
• Maintain proper records of design files, artwork, images, and source files.
• Ensure correct use of logos, fonts, images, colors, and other brand elements.
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative tools.
• Support management in preparing presentations, reports, and other visual communication materials.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned design projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information, product information, and artwork.
• Perform any other design-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Strong creativity and visual design skills.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into creative designs.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a relevant field.

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer. Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,334.32 - ₹34,457.59 per month
