About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across digital and offline marketing platforms, with a strong understanding of branding and social media communication.

Candidates with experience in the Real Estate or Marketing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, and promotional designs.
• Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, projects, events, and launches.
• Design branding materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, standees, and other marketing collaterals.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline communication.
• Create innovative visual concepts based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for various digital platforms.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing creatives.
• Manage multiple creative requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong skills in Graphic Designing and Visual Communication.
• Experience in creating Social Media Creatives and Digital Ads.
• Good understanding of Branding and Marketing Collaterals.
• Strong presentation design skills.
• Good sense of typography, layout, colour combinations, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into creative visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 24 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design.
• Experience in Real Estate, Marketing, Advertising, or a related industry will be preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, digital ads, branding, presentations, and marketing materials is required.
