INNOGOS is hiring a talented and highly creative Graphic Designer who knows how to turn ideas into powerful visual content.

We are looking for someone who is expert in design tools, understands branding and can create professional, modern and social media ready designs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Expert level command of Adobe Illustrator

Expert level command of Adobe Photoshop

Advanced experience with Canva

Strong working knowledge of Figma

Excellent understanding of graphic design principles

Strong knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, layouts and visual hierarchy

Experience designing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Ability to create creative social media posts, carousels, advertisements, banners, campaigns and marketing creatives

Strong attention to detail and creative thinking

Ability to work according to brand guidelines and meet deadlines

Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design engaging social media creatives

Create posts, carousels, stories, advertisements and campaign visuals

Develop branding and marketing materials for different clients

Create professional designs according to campaign objectives

Maintain visual consistency across different platforms

Work closely with the marketing, social media and video teams

Convert creative concepts into high quality visual designs
