Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually engaging designs that support marketing, sales, and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent creative skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Experience in the hospitality, events, luxury, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

• Design menu cards, brochures, catalogues, and marketing collaterals.
• Create social media posts, digital creatives, and reel covers.
• Design client proposals and presentation decks with a professional look.

Event & Branding Support

• Design event branding materials such as banners, standees, signage, and other promotional assets.
• Coordinate with photography and videography teams for creative content.
• Support branding requirements for events and corporate projects.

Brand Consistency

• Maintain consistency in design, typography, colours, and overall visual identity across all creatives.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow established brand guidelines.

Coordination & Project Management

• Understand design briefs from Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Prioritize urgent creative requirements during peak business periods.

Documentation & Asset Management

• Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and creative assets.
• Keep editable source files updated for future use.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (Adobe In Design is an added advantage).
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or Midjourney.
• Ability to conceptualize creative ideas for social media and short-form content.
• Basic mobile photography and video editing skills are a plus.
• Good understanding of print production, colour profiles, paper stock, finishes, and print-ready file preparation.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Experience in hospitality, events, luxury, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• A strong design portfolio is mandatory.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a design assignment as part of the selection process.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
