What they need

Role Overview:

Looking for a creative designer with strong design sense and hands-on experience in Reels and Meta creatives, who can leverage AI tools to create fast, engaging, and high-converting content.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Reels & short-form videos for Instagram & Facebook
Design Meta ad creatives (static + motion)
Use AI tools for visuals, editing, and voiceovers
Develop hooks, concepts, and storyboards
Ensure brand consistency across creatives
Stay updated with trends, AI tools, and content formats

Skills Required:

Strong design fundamentals (color, typography, layout)
Experience in Reels / video editing
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
Hands-on with AI tools (CapCut, Runway, Midjourney etc.)
Understanding of performance-driven creatives (Meta Ads)
